Lou Moore

I have worked in a variety of domains including health and wellness, civic tech, and now climate tech over the course of my career, primarily as a software engineering leader. I have also led product, design, research, data science, and even operations teams at times, and had a brief stint as as interim CEO. The companies and nonprofits I’ve worked at have ranged from ~5-500 people. From a technical perspective, I have the most experience in full-stack application development, with significant experience in high volume distributed systems and technical operations, and some experience in data science and data engineering. I also have significant experience in product strategy and growth, and some experience with design, qualitative and quantitative research, and people operations.
