Fifteen years of energy program research and evaluation for utilities, state agencies, and service providers – e.g., heat pumps and electrification; weatherization and energy assistance. Fortunate to be part of several EJ and disadvantaged communities definitions and equity metrics in last 5 years, including as Technical Consultant for New York’s draft definition of disadvantaged communities. Generally I manage large research projects for utilities and state agencies, and state stakeholder processes around energy and climate justice. Also involved in climate, energy, green building and workforce development at the state and local level.
