As the founder of Endré Communications, I help groundbreaking early-stage climate tech and deep tech startups develop their marketing and PR strategy to achieve their growth goals. Core domains include energy, electric mobility, advanced materials, the built environment, and solutions for hard-to-abate sectors. I also serve as a ClimateHack Ambassador and as startup mentor at Startupbootcamp, Techstars, and Alchemist Accelerator, where I advise on growth marketing, branding, messaging, and media relations best practices.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked with some of the most innovative and disruptive companies in Silicon Valley and beyond. To date, I’ve helped 3 clients achieve unicorn status; 12 secure profitable exits; and together raise over $3 billion in VC funding. I’ve worked agency-side, client-side, and as a fractional CMO for more than three dozen startups.
I am a human who believes sustainability is not “other” but part of our way of life, our philosophy. I am the founder of Nū Data (AI x Sustainability Data), co-founder of AWU and AWU Foundation (advocacy for the creative economy), UN WEDU Mentor, Startup Advisor by day and screenwriter by night.
With 10+ years of experience in sustainable growth with corporate, grassroots organisations and startups, I have gone to market with (GTM) 25+ startups and helped dozens of entrepreneurs realise their visions by equipping them with behavioural science-based toolkits, data-informed strategies and impact storytelling. I like data, A LOT.
I am a mission-driven technical leader focused on Tough Tech challenges in the energy and water sectors. I am motivated by cross-disciplinary problems that combine early-stage technologies with the practical aspects of a first pilot or first product. I have broad experience executing on novel technology ideas within a range of innovation environments: Academia (UC Berkeley, Georgia Tech), Government (U.S. DOE), Industry (Google [x]), and Startup (Antora Energy and Malta Inc).
I lead teams responsible for the successful design, build, commissioning, and operation of first-of-a-kind grid-scale pilot systems. I grew multiple engineering teams during company transitions from ~5 to ~60 employees. Other experience: construction management, EPC FEED document review, PFD and P&ID drafting, HAZOP, direct operator experience, equipment troubleshooting, simulation and modeling, controls philosophy and process narrative drafting, product requirements definition and tracking, design reviews, and others.
I’m Mike Dieterich, a sustainability expert dedicated to advancing resilience and efficiency. From ‘the boiler room to the board room,’ I’ve navigated various facets of environmental science and sustainability, championing innovative solutions and strategic frameworks that have positively impacted global industries and communities.
With 20 years of professional experience in environmental science, I have served in diverse roles that have enriched my understanding and capability in this field. My journey has taken me from hands-on scientific work in the field to leading sustainability initiatives at the boardroom level. I have authored a best-selling book on sustainability, delivered TEDx talks, and contributed to significant discussions at entities like the US Congress and the United Nations. Currently, I serve on the Building Energy Performance Standards board in Montgomery County and the Sustainability Committee at the Explorers Club, among other start-ups as an fCSO where I continue to influence and drive sustainable practices across various sectors.
I am an experienced Environmental Product Compliance Manager, Startup Founder, and Circular Economy Expert working in the Extended Producer Responsibility and related field for packaging, electronics, batteries and textiles. Currently based near Düsseldorf Germany.
I am currently a Global Environmental Compliance Manager for a big Producer and before this i worked at a government approved scheme for circular economy here in Germany. For the past 5 years i have focused on circular economy legislative projects in the EU, NA, Africa, and Asia. This includes registrations, reporting, recycling/reuse/repair assessments, labelling, plastic tax, auditing, EPR fees, take-backs, and consumer communication for EPR purposes.
Currently i am building a venture in this space and looking forward to using my knowledge and skills to solve some of the challenges i have encountered in my career.

Back in Cleantech 1.0, I cofounded SunPower’s utility-scale project development business unit as that industry was just taking off. We built three of the largest solar installations in the US at the time. I have since led numerous product & development teams, focused on AI, built environment, and geospatial. About two years ago, I also started investing in climate tech seed-stage startups. I’ve been advising pre-seed startups since Cleantech 1.0.
I am a nonprofit fundraising and communications consultant with 15 years of experience working on sustainable development initiatives across the globe. I help climate and international development organizations connect to new donors and funds.
I work with nonprofits of all sizes (international NGOs, think tanks, and community organizations) to help scale their impact and connect to new funding. I have led teams that have raised more than $45 million in combined funding for sustainable development initiatives across the globe. I have worked with organizations like Kiva, MyAgro, EarthGives, the Wilson Center, NYU Center on International Cooperation, the UT Energy Institute, and Parliamentarians for Global Action on topics including environmental and human rights advocacy, climate justice and resiliency, decarbonization, sustainable agriculture, and protection of the oceans. I have a master’s degree in Global Policy focused on Climate and International Development from the LBJ School of Public Policy at the University of Texas, Austin.

I am a Clean Transportation Expert with seven years of experience in Fleet Electrification across rideshare products, fleet operations, and the public sector. Recently I served as a program manager at Lyft leading the Electrification of the rental fleet. After graduating in physics, I jumped into the local startup scene with a small Private Cloud company then later went on to work in startups in the Game Development industry and now contributes to a regenerative-focused AgTech startup.
While researching the barriers and supporting ecosystem of regenerative agriculture over the last couple of years I have had the opportunity to connect and learn from many farmers, startups, non-profits, and investors in the space.
Sanjoy is the Founder of Regain Paradise and consultant to think tanks (WRI, Santa Clara University), consultancies (adelphi, Tetratech), international financial institutions (KfW), donors (GIZ, USAID) and impact investors.
Sanjoy has been consulting in the climate finance field for thirteen years. His clients include both public (international development financial institutions and donors) and private (impact) investors. I am a sustainable shopping expert, aerospace engineer, policy analyst, and behavioral scientist. I’m passionate about helping people make more sustainable choices.
My experience has varied widely over the years. I’ve worked in sustainable shopping at Amazon (where I helped launch The Climate Pledge), behavioral science at NREL, policy analysis at RAND Corporation, and wind tunnel management at the University of Washington Aeronautical Laboratory.
